1. Preamble
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, website, and games provided by Vibe Labs Inc. ("Vibe Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Service & Use
Vibe Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to our services
3. Fee & Costs
Access to our website is currently free of charge. Any future paid products or services (such as game purchases, downloadable content, or subscriptions) will be subject to pricing disclosed at the time of purchase. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
4. Registration
Some features of our services may require you to create an account or register through a third-party platform (such as Steam). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Customer Information
Any information you provide to us must be accurate, current, and complete. We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to provide any information submitted to us.
6. Customer Obligations
You agree to use our services responsibly and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you submit or transmit through our services. Vibe Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
7. General Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
